We cannot thanks Mrs Sharma enough! We got paperwork regarding a home being appraised for over 50% more than the original value within a year and a half of purchasing it. Our new tax would almost have doubled if it was not for Nishu. Understanding how urgently we needed to take action she got us comps documents helped us get the right photographs and pleaded our case with the appraisal board. The appraisal was lowered to 15% instead of 50% over saving us a significant amount in taxes.l
