Dates of Filing for the Family Sponsored Categories have remained the same as those of the February 2026 visa bulletin. However, for the F2A category (Spouse and Children of Permanent Residents), the Dates of Filing have moved to February 22, 2026.

What do these movements in the Priority dates mean for you?

  • Beginning March 01, 2026, to March 31, 2026, you may be eligible to file your and your dependents' I-485 applications if your priority date is current under the Dates of Filing Chart for your employment-based preference category, depending on your Country of birth.
  • If your priority date is current in the March 2026 visa bulletin, you may be able to file the I-485 concurrently with the I-140 Petition, or you may separately file an I-485 application if your I-140 is currently pending or approved.

Why should you hire SanSha Law Office PLLC to help you file your I-485 application?

  • Last but not least, we charge competitive and reasonable legal fees so that money does not become a hurdle in seeking expert guidance at such an important step of your Green Card journey.
